R. Kay and L. McGomgal were the contestants in the billiard championship competition at tho Victoria Saloon last night. McGonigal got away from the commencement, and quickly established a load, which lie maintained to the finish, running out an easy winner when his opponent was 179. No large breaks were made, and the game occupied fifty-fivo minutes. To-night tho matches will be continued, when J. Nugent meets E. Austin at 7.30.
