United Press Association —Copyright SYDNEY, March 25. In the deli ate on the second reading of the Industrial Disputes Bill, the Bill is evoking much criticism. Government supporters declare that tho measure is an honest attempt- to promote industrial peace, others regard it as an attack on unionism.
