THE TAKUMEN RAILWAY. United Press Association—Copyright. TOKIO, March 25. China is again raising the Takumeu railway question. The Japanese Government informed China that in future the only export of arms and ammunition to Macao will bo those guaranteed by tho Governor of Macao.
