ATTACKED BY BRIGANDS. RUSSIAN FRONTIER GUARD SUFFERS. THIRTY-FOUR BRIGANDS KILLED. United Press Association—Copyright. (Received April 19. 4.18 p.m.) TEHERAN, April 18. Five hundred Persian brigands, attacking a Russian frontier guard at Beliasuvor, 'killed four, including tho captain, and wounded five. Thirty-four of the brigands wero killed. Russia made strong representations to Teheran, and reinforcements proceeded to the frontier from Baku.
