THE ARBITRATION COURT.
SITS IN GISBORNE NEXT WEEK.
Judge Sim, Messrs S. Brown, and J. A. McCullough, constituting the Arbitration Court, will arrivo in Gisborne from Auckland next Wednesday, on which date tlio Court is appointed to sit hero, but it is doubtful if any proceedings will he taken before Thursday. So far the wharf laborers’ dispute and the bakers’ dispute are the only two matters set down for hearing, though it is probable the Court will consent to deal with applications for amendments, or any other business tliat might transpire in tlio meantime.
Mr. R. F. Way, secretary to the Waterside Workers’ Union in Auckland, arrived yesterday to appear on behalf of the wharf laborers at the Court.
