Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, May 14. As the result of disclosures at the inquest concerning tho death o alai gnrot Robinson, who died on MomlaJ at her residence, Sydenham. M ilhum Alexander Robinson and Margaret Savage, son and daughter ol deceased, were charged this morning before Mr. jr W. Bishop, S.M., that witlnu tlu space of three weeks past, at Sydenham, they, by omitting to provide medical assistance and proper can* and nursing for their mother, Margaret Robinson, dul cause the death nf the said Margaret Robinson, tnorol>v committing tho crime of manslaughter. Mr. Donnelly appeared for the accused, and at lus suggestion Sub-Inspector 'Dwyer said he would endeavor to have the evidence ready lw Saturday, so that the case could lie hoard in time for the next sessions of tho Supremo Court. The woman accused was in a weak state of health, having left a nursing home a short time ago. and suspense ol the case would injure her health. The accused were remanded till Saturday, hail being allowed accused in £IOO each and one surety each in a similar amount.
