(Before Mr. W. A. Barton. SAL) Judgment for plaintiff was given in the following cases:—J. H. Dittos (Mr. Burke) v. John Glennatt, £1 4s, costs ss; Common, Shelton and Co. (Mr. Stock) v. Francis Joseph Delaney, £5 and 27s Gd costs; James W. Fairlie (Mr. Coleman) v. Chas. Alfred Foote, £7 9s Sd, costs £4 3s 6d; W. J. Attwood (Mr Burke) v. Euphy Galloway, ISs, costs ss; Susan Wallace (Mr. F. W. Nolan), v. Thomas F. Farley, claim £5 12s Gd, costs 23s 6d: Adolf Zachariah v. Ollje Olsen, £1 ss, costs Gs ; Ernest F. Krause (Mr. Bright) v. William Evans, £7 10s, costs 33s 6d; D. Morrison (Mr Coleman) v. Julia Pound, £4 4s, costs 29s Gd; and W. J. Attwood v. Samuel Dolman, £1 2s, costs ss. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. In tho case of Robert Colebrook v. Tube Kerekcre, defendant did not appear. Mr Coleman, for plaintiff, said that ail amount had been paid off the account, leaving £lO 16s still due. Defendant was ordered to pay the balance forthwith, or in default to be imprisoned for one week.
