PROSECUTION CONCLUDED

(Press Association.) AVESTPORT, Alay 27. Tho case against Halinen and Anderon, charging them with the murder of Ernest John Boutko, was resumed to-day. Arthur McDonald corroborated the evidonco of Cookery .aiul Constable Buttar as to the admissions of H-ali-nen in Cookery’s Hotel. John Fraser, bo’sun s.s. Canopus, said, the two men, on tho morning after the murder, had bloodstains on their clothes, and Halinen had some on his right hoot. Other witnesses repeated tho evidence given at tho inquest. The prosecution is concluded, and tho defence will bo heard this morning.
