Attending an “At Home” given Ly the wife of the Bishop of Guildford, founder of The Mothers’ Union, to members of. the Pan-Anglican Congress, Archbishop Clark characterised the Union as a world-wide agency, desorving of .world-wide encouragement. Mrs. Neligan referred to. the great and blessed work .accomplished, but declared that all New Zealand women would not agree to co-operate.
