At a meeting of the Pan-Anglican Congress at the Albert Hall, Archbishop Clarke urged the organisation of church finance . The Bishop of New Guinea addressed the industrial missions'section. The Bishop of Perth, addressing the section relating to the church’s missions throughout Christendom, declared that none more than a rough Australian appreciated the' influence of a real lady in imparting religion. The Rev. A. C. Hoggins (New Zealand), addressing the education section. referred to tho gradual change of feeling in New Zealand in favor of religion given, bv trained teachers as a part of daily education. The Bishop.of North Queensland, declared that a race of white pagans was growing up in some parts of Queensland, NEW ZEALAND CONGRATULATIONS. ,U [Press Association.] DUNEDIN, June 18.
