Mr. Leslie Reynolds, who has been engaged bv the Gisbonfo Harbor Board to report upon the site for the outer harbor, was expected to arrive in Gisborne on Saturday, but- did not do so. lie will nrobaly arrive here on Friday next.
Mr. A". T. Ngata, M.P.. arrived from Auckland yesterday afternoon.
Mr. G. R. Wyllie returned from Auckland by the s.s. Tarawera. vesterday. " Mr. Alec. Verne, advance representative for Messrs -Mevnell and Gunn, left for Napier last night. Mr. David Hogg, lately representing Messrs Ross and Glendinning in this district, was a passenger for Wellington by the s.s. Tarawera last night.
