The Cape Assembly concurred ill the Intercolonial Customs and llLiil-' 1 .-.ray Conference’s resolution favoring the union of Smith Africa. Mr. Botha has invited the Transvaal and Mr. Fischer the Orangia Assembly to concur. The debates are unfinished.
