THE COMMONWEALTH DIFFICULTY. FORAGE MUST BE STERILISED. United Press Association. Copyright (Received June 25, 1 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 24. Regarding the difficulty arising over the importation of South African fodder, it is proposed that hay should be cut into chaff and sterilised. About 100 tons of bay lying at tho wharf would be admitted if the. agents would agree to such sterilising process.
