ARBITRATION COURT.
FARM LABORERS’ DISPUTE. CHRISTCHURCH TRAAIWAY TROUBLE. [Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, June 26. The sittings of the Arbitration Court were resumed this morning. Preliminaries in connection with the farm laborers’ dispute were djscuEsed between the Court and tile representatives of the parties. The date “upon which the parties are to he 'bear'd on the question whether the report and recommendations of the Board should form tho basis of an award was fixed for Monday] July 6th, at 10 a.m. The President delivered judgment in the case in which Inspector Hagger' charged the Christchurch Tramway Board with a breach of the 111-, •lustrial agreement- between 'the .Tramway. Employees Union and the Board in appointing a person outside 'lie Board’s employ to the position ’f ticket inspector. The judgment of he Court was that no breach had boon convm’ttod, and the application for enforcement was discharged.-
