INSPECTOR AIACDONNEsLL RETIRING. [Press Association.] NAPIER, August 13. 'lnspector AlacDonnell has arranged to retire from the police force at all early date. Sub-Inspector Dwyer arrived from Christchurch last night to take charge of tlio Napier district in tho meantime.
