THE COURT OF INQUIRY. CAPTAIN AND SECOND OFFICER AT FAULT. United Press Association, Copyright (Received August 13, 9.53 p.m.) SYDNEY, August 13. At the inquiry into tho wreck of the Mareeba, tlio Court found the master, Captain Marchie, failed to exercise due precautions for the safety of tho vessel, and tho second officer, Mills, who was in charge of the bridgo at the time of tho stranding, was guilty of careless and reckless navigation. Both will bo called upon to show cause to-morrow why their certificates should not be suspended.
