CARACAS, August 28. The Civil Court of Caracas lias mulcted the French Cable Company in five million dollars damages, besides a further amount to he assessed hereafter, for complicity in the Mattos revolution. The decision is a repetition of that against the New Yor'k-Bernmdas Asphalt Company, as cabled on August 16th of last year.
