SUPREME COURT.
HALF-YEARLY SITTINGS.
The half-yearly sittings of tho Supreme Court in Gisbomo will commence before His Honor Mr. Justice Edwards, at hali'-past ten tomorrow morning. Jurymen and witnesses must he in attendance punctually at that hour. The continued sitting of the Court will commence each day at 10 a.m., when all jurymen must bo in attendance, otherwise they are liable to a fine.
In addition to the list already published, the following business is set down for the Supreme Court-. Ito Catherine Aston .(deceased): Application tor probate; Mr. A. W. Rees. Re Roderick McKenzie Campbell': Application for letters of ad in in ist nation ; Mr. F. W. Nolan. In the matter of Land Transfer Act, 1885: Summons to District Land Registrar to show cause why he should not register a, succession order, made by tlie Native Land: Count in relation to Tapuaeroa No. 1A block; Nolan and Sheet. «
