THE BEGINNING OF THE END. PROVISIONAL TERMS ACCEPTED United Press Association, Copyright (Received Sept. 22, 9.15 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 27. Tho latest ballot taken by the North-east Coast engineers accepts the provisional terms of settlement after a seven months’ struggle, during which tho loss of wages amounted to £'500,000. Strike pay distributed during tho period amounted to £240,000.
