MELBOURNE, Sept. 25. Summonses have been obtained by tho Federal Crown Solicitor against tho Huddart-Parker Co. for having refused to answer questions put to them under the Anti-Trust Act-. The questions had reference to tho alloged coal vend agreement between coal owners and steamship companies. The case will he heard on Monday.
