CONSTANTINOPLE, Sept. 24. Owing to the Porte’s slight to M. Gueshoff, Bulgarian Agent, in not inviting him with the regular diplomatists, Bulgaria, profiting by the shortlived rail way men’s strike, seized the Bulgarian section of the Orient railway, and claimed a proportion of the profits hitherto paid to Turkey. The Porte addressed Bulgaria a note, demanding restoration of the railway to the company.
