AVELLINGTON, Oct. 5. Tlie Extension of Commerce Committee, reporting on the Alteration of Time Bill, stated that after examining Air. Hudson it considered—Almt—the—. Bill involved a question of importance to the country, and, in view of the approaching end of the session, it should be held over for future consideration. Air. Izard said the Bill would be further gone into and dence taken next year. He understood the morning newspaper proprietors objected to it, as it would mean their not getting file Home cablegrams in time for publication, and ALr. Harriet, of the Press Association, was anxious to give evidence on the subject. '
