On the resumption of the want-of-,confidence debate, the Premier read a letter from the Judges notifying that if extra pay were voted they would not accept it. ..The Premier therefore moved an amendment that it be. struck out, which was carried. During the debate it was intimated that the Judges intended to refund £250 extra already received.
