Lord Lausdownc, addressing • tlie Junior Constitutional Club, said that the Government of Ireland was administered with the object of deliberately sacrificing and humiliating the loyal minority. The natives of India were bound to note tlie way lawlessness was allowed to go unpunished in Ireland.
