AUCKLAND, Nov. 14. The Hop. G. Fowkls. speaking at Eden Terrace last night, stated that he hau been supplied with a list of about 600 names on the Grey Gynn roll of people who had no right to be there. Some, lie said, were dead; some had not- been twelve months in the Dominion: and some were unnaturalised aliens. He added that lie_ML had personally seen absolute proof of several flagrant cases of roll stuffing, and that steps would lx- taken to detect those improperly voting.
