(To the Editor.] Sir, —I have read a pamphlet on the No-license question by someone who signs himself Hector Norman Simson. Who is he? He says he is well known —to whom? Has he been “horn great,” does he aspire to great ness, or has he greatness (in his own mind) been thrust upon him? Seemingly he is “drunk with his own verbosity.” I should advise him before publishing any more leaflets to be sure th.it the people know him and his past record, otherwise he car not be expected to receive any attention by the average — “CITIZEN.';
