SYDNEY, Nov. 20
As a sequel to the Fi’eeman and Wallace lease,. Henry Rosenberg, otherwise Howard Ereeman, has been sent to gaol for seven days by the Acting-Registrar for prevarication and evasion in connection with his. bankruptcy business. [Note. —The case referred to was one in which >a farmer brought an action against the Ereeman and Wallace Medical Institute for alleged wrongful treatment, and recovered £4so° damages. The jury added a rider that measures should be taken, by legislation or otherwise, to suppress all such pernicious institutions as the one in question.]
