ATTENDS A FUNERAL.
FIRST PUBLIC APPEARANCE FOR - YEARS. United Press Association, Copyright ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 23. The Czar, looking extremely well, made his first appearance in the streets for several years, attending the funeral of the Grand Duke Alexis. He walked behind the coffin to Nicholas station, and thence proceeded to St. Peter and St. Paul’s. Extraordinary precautions were taken.
