Dr. Coulter, Deputy PostmasterGeneral of Canada, arrived by the Warriinoo in connection with the Alllied mail, service. He was met lathe Premier and Dr. Findlay. Rf, stated that Canada Avas anxious to have the matter settled, nd New Zealand would probably be included in any arrangement come to. Further details Avould be communicable only to the Government.
