WELLINGTON, Nor. 25. Admiral Sir A. TV. Moore, who was commander-in-chief of the China station in 1006, was a passenger to Wellington by the TVarrimoo to-day. The admiral Avill spend some time in New Zealand. He served in the Egyptian war in 1882, and was one of the English representatives at the Ant|) (Slavery Congress at Brussels. He Avas also a member of the Australian Council of Defence, and a Lord Commissioner of the Admiralty from 1898 to-1901. In 1905 he was second in command of-the Channel fleet.
