Professor Toja Singh made a seditious speech to Indians at Vancouver. He said they were opening their eyes, and all Indians were’ demanding justice.
CALCUTTA, Nov. 24
Another plot to murder Sir A. Eraser has been discovered. Three Bengalis have been arrested. The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and other powerful associations arc urging Lord Min to to create a special tribunal without a jury to try conspirators intriguing to overthrow British authority.

A native constable, threatened with dismissal, murdered Mr. Frank CJuugli, district superintendent of police at Lyallpur, Punjaub, and liis orderly. Reuter states that the crime was in no way political.
