THE SHIPBUILDING PROGRAMME DESTROYERS AND CRUISERS. United Press Association. Copyright (Received Nov. 26, 9.55 p.m.) LONDON,, Nov. 26. Besides nine destroyers lately ordered, five have now been ordered from Cowes, Hebburn-on-Tyne, Woolston, Dalmuir, Dumbarton, and the London and Glasgow Engineering and Shipbuilding Company. Of live cruisers recently determined upon, four have been ordered to bo built at Elswick, Barrow, Govan, and Dalmuir.
