The Wallabies by a goal and a try beat Somerset, nil. Mandible, sifter an .absence from the field for some time, again played. There was a. fast and even game for the first twenty minutes, then McKivatt scored it try, Carmichael missing, an easy pla'ce .kick. Carroll scored early in the second spell, and Carmichael converted. A great struggle followed till tilio close,K>l r the game, both sides frequently narrowly misssirig scoring. Tho League team by 3 goals and 5 tries heat Barrow, a goal' and a try.
