WEDDING.

COLEMAN—HAMILTON

A pretty weddding. took place at Holy Trinity Church yesterday afternoon, when Mr. T. Alston Coleman, solicitor, of the firm of Messrs Oilrisp and Coleman, was married to .Miss Margaret Stella Hamilton, only daughter of the Rev. H. H. S. Hamilton, B.A. The Rev. L. Dawson Thomas conducted the ceremony, t-nd the altar was artistically decorated with flowers. The bride was given away by her father, and her bridesmaid was (Miss Lylie Coleman, and Mr. A. Trevor Coleman was best man. The service was fully choral, and Mir. E. N. Sidebottom presided la-t the organ, playing Mendelssohn’s “Wedding March” as the party left the church.

The bride was tastefully attired in a gown of white Oriental satin, with an Empire skirt, trained 1 , and finished with a padded hem, and having an overskirt of old Limerick lace. The bodice was of lace to match, with a yoke of tucked net, and she also (Wore a bridal wrelath and veil. Miss iColeman was dressed in pale blue nioiuselline de soic, trimmed .with white lace and insertion, and wore ra hat of brown crinoline, with pink and brown roses. iMrs. Hamilton (mother of the bride) wore a handsome gown of blade and white striped voile with a vest of cream embroidered net, and hat) to match. Mrs Coleman (mother of the bridegroom) was attired in silver-grey Sicilian cloth, with -it black lace scarf and black crinoline hat, trimmed with ostrich feathers. The Ibx-ide’s travelling dress consisted of a cream serge coat and l skirt, with •lace blouse, and a blue, hat trimmed with ostrich plumes. The guests were the immediate relatives of the bride and bridegroom, and at the conclusion of the ceremony a reception was held at the residence of the bride’s parents in Aberdeen Road. Mr. and iMrs. T. A. Coleman.left for south by the s.s. Wamniera last night, and it is their present intention to travel by the Main Trunk line from Wellington to Auckland,
