SYDNEY,. Dec. 18,
Island news state that the natives of Marovo lagoon Solomon Group, looted and burned the station of the trader who took the place of the trader Burns, murdered some time ago. A punitive expedition has been sent. A tribal warfare is raging at Santa Cruz. Heavy loss of life is reported there. Trade is at a standstill.
