DISQUALIFICATIONS. AUCKLAND, Dec. 20. As a result of the inquiry by the Avondale Jockey Club in' connection Avith their recent spring meeting the following disqualifications have been inflicted: —S. G. Lindsay, OAvner, M. Ryan, rider, and the horse, Royal Soult, for two years; A. Whittaker, rider of Lucia, for two years; G. Pell for 12 months. A. Julian for six anonths; P. Smith, OAvner of Talepitclier and SnoAvfoot, under rule 33, for six months; N. Cunningham, trainer, and the horse Lucio, for life.
