The death is announced of Sir P. A. Muntz, member of the House of Commons.

[Sir Philip Albert Muntz was born in 1839. He was at one time a Moderate Liberal, but in 1883, disliking the attitude of his party about Ireland and Egypt, he publicly declared himself a Conservative, and was elected as such for North Warwickshire in 1884. He represented the Tam worth division of Warwickshire since 1885. He was one of the most noted breeders of Shropshire sheep and Shire horses.]
