WELLINGTON, Dec. 22. Captain-S. G. Stringer, Assistant Government Shipping Superintendent at Wellington, and Capt. C. -McArthur, (if the firm of McArthur and Hull, -have been appointed' nautical assessors -for the magisterial inquiries to be held -at Wanganui to-morrow concerning the mishap to the steamer Charles Edward and the stranding of the Ururoa.
