TORONTO, Dec. 24
The Hon. R. Lemicux, PostmasterGeneral, of Canada, in an interview, said he was confident cheaper Atlantic telegrams- were near at hand. He predicts that the companies - will reduce their -charges to,avoid the construction of an Anglo-Canadian Government cable.
