' A report from Venezuela states that Ex-President Castro telegraphed to the ringleaders of the conspiracy to “'kill the serpent, crush its head, and terrorise Caracas.” Ihe cablegram is likely to "form the basis of a criminal impeachment and an - attempt to secure the extradition, of Castro.
