POVERTY BAY CLUB

At a meeting of the committee of the Poverty Bay Rowing Club hold last night it was decided to commence racing- for Jibe -unknown- donor’s trophy for single sculls next Monday evening on the Tar-ulier’u course. There are. very large entries for this event and some exciting racing should result. Messrs A. McConnell, F. (Seymour' and M. McLeod were appointed handicappers, and Mr W. Fraser judge.
