A SERVIAN MINISTER’S SPEECH INDIGNATION IN AUSTRIA. United Press Association. Copyright (Received Jan. 6, 1 ia.m.) BELGRADE, Jan. 5. M. Milovinovitch,’ Minister of Foreign Affairs’ made >a. speech in the Servian Parliament practically telling Austria that she lias no rightful status in the Balkans, and accusing Austria of making slaves of the two annexed Serbian countries. ■ The speech provoked general resentment’ in Austria. Herr Forgacli, Austrian Minister at Belgrade, has been instructed to inquire whether the last named remark had been correctly reported, and if so to demand an ample apology, or in the event of the report being authentic and no apology, to quit Bel-, grade.
