The “Deutsche Revue,” in an article mentioning foreign attempts to weaken Austria and Germany by producing internal dissension, declares that this was illustrated in the case of Germany by the effects of a newspaper article containing ..antiquated accusations cunningly put together. Yesterday’s Berlin newspapers note this as a reference to the interview published in London in November and describe the “Revue” article as an Emperor’s message.
