CRICKET.
The match between United and Wanderers will take place at the Victoria Domain to-morrow, beginning at 2.30 p.m. A charge of 6d is to be made for admission to the ground, except to ladies and school children, who are to be admitted free of charge.* THURSDAY COMPETITION. .The mid-week championship matches were resumed on the Domain ' yesterday afternoon. United met Union on the concrete wicket, and T.e Rah and Cosmopolitan tried conclusions on the turf. The day was a good one ‘for cricket in the earlier part, but later the light became rather bad for play.- Union got . a load of three runs on the first innings against United, and To Ran established a substantial lead over Cosmopolitan.
