WELLINGTON, Jan, 9. When off Cape Palliser yesterday, Wiberg, a seaman of the barquentine Pelotas, from Gisborne to Wellington, jumped overboard. When he found "himself in the water lie caught hold of the log line dragging astern and was hauled aboard again. TViberg was suffering from delirium tremens. He was handed over to the police this morning.
