Co.’s Squall was due to leave Auckland yesterday afternoon for Tologa Bay. Gisborne, and Napier. She brings the s.s. AA aikave s ear go for the two latter ports. 'The ketch Coronation has completed loading at AA'lutianga, and loaves there to-dav for Gisborne. Alter discllarge at this port she will.sail lor Coast ports and Auckland. Messit- Richardson and Co. s Fanny and AA'cka are both due from Napier this morning, ivi'h general cargo for this port .and will return again in the afternoon. .
The U.S.S. Co.'s Monowai arrives from South to-morrow morning, and sails again for Auckland. . The Huddart-Parleer Co. s AYiminora is duo from Auckland and o\ dney to-morrow afternoon, and sails again for South in the evening. . H.M.S. Challenger is duo to call m at this port to-day on her trip from Auckland to AYellington. In future the names of all vessels belonging to the Maoriland Steamshin Company will end with dale. The Torgauten has been rechristened, and Ts iiow known as the Hoinedale. This vessel arrived at Onehunga from AVestport on Wednesday night, laden with 400 tons of coal. . On the way up the Homedale met with strong head winds and seas, which somewhat delayed her arrival. In attempting to berth the Homedale went aground on the mudbank at the end of the western pier, but berthed in safety a lew hours later. „ __ „ The Tyser liner Star or Now Zealand was completing her loading late last night, and was expected to get away for Napier early this morning.
