EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYED. A NEW AGREEMENT. United Press Association. Copyright (Received Jan. 11, 11.17 p.m.) LONDON,, Jan. 11. Representatives, of capital and labor in the shipbuilding trade have agreed that any question in dispute must be referred,, before'a strike or lock-out, to a grand conference embodying the authority of the Employers’ Federation and the unions concerned. The ■agreement' also provides for a new and carefully framed scheme of wages.
