MOROCCO, Jan. 11

(Flie grave of Abdul Karum Ben Sliman, ex-Sultan Abdul Aziz’s Vizier, has been desecrated. The-Tiead was severed from the body and exposed on' the walls of Fez, with an inscription, to the effect that the punishment had been inflicted because Sliman brought Europeans to Morocco, and similar offenders would be similarly punished.
