THE CRETAN QUESTION.
MEETING AT CONSTANTINOPLE. GREEK GOVERNMENT WILL LEAVE QUESTION TO THE GREAT POWERS. United Press Association. Copyright LONDON,, Jan. 11. As an outcome of the movement recently started in Constantinople to boycott Greek goods if the Greek Government re-opened the Cretan question, a great meeting at Constantinople emphatically protested against Greece raising the question. A subsequent deputation ascertained that the Greek Government was willing to leave the solution of the question in the hands of the'four Powers interested' in the administration of Crete.
