The Wairoa Harbor Board held a special meeting on Wednesday evening, 13th inst., to confer with Mr. Logan, of the firm of Sainsbury, Logan, mid Williams, solicitors, of Napier, with reference to tlie 'preparation of a Bill lor the vesting of the foreshore in the Board, and other matters connected with the proposed loan for hanhor improvement.
